We take ownership of projects whether that’s running the marketing department in smaller companies or delivering specific projects in larger organisations. It means our team gets to do what they love which is working on your marketing.
Based in London but working globally, we collaborate with you and our roster to deliver.
Our clients were uncomfortable with the idea of paying for people that weren’t working on their projects and we wanted to get away from doing work just to pay the bills.
So all of our talent; copywriters, designers and developers are part of a talent roster. We bring the right members of the roster onto specific pieces of work when they’re needed so as a client you only pay for the work they do on your project, and nothing else.
We focus on your goals and nothing else so are likely to be in your office far more than just for catch-up meetings. Otherwise we’ll be at home, in our central London meeting space, at the end of the phone, or anywhere that ensures we get the work done. Flexibility encourages our creativity and supports delivery without burnout – most importantly it gives us access to a wider talent pool and that’s better for everyone.

Working with Thomas Henry to host their after party for the 50 Best Bars awards.
An invite only event, the after show party saw the cream of the international hospitality industry come together to celebrate the 50 Best Bars award winners.
This epic night featured deliciously moreish, street-food inspired canapes, a bespoke hand-crafted cocktail menu, the collest DJs and wild burlesque performers.
Working directly with Thomas Henry and the venue, DVO oversaw every aspect of planning and executing the event.
